Although I did have to pay for the return shipping, which I was happy to pay because of my mistake. He went above and beyond by upgrading me to the larger item at no additional cost while keeping the same quantity. He also helped prevent me from making a mistake with my order again. While not truly knowing what I had based off internet pictures & measurements off my jars from 1980’s. Then just the constant communication and not waiting for a response days later it was within hrs. which I truly appreciate. Thank you for making the process smooth and stress-free.

So glad someone makes toxic free containers. The lids are tight enough to contain my curries.
Sadly, the shipping methods are ineffective. One of them was destroyed and it’s not the first box of theirs I’ve opened with casualties.
I have a number of these square containers, happy with quality and continued 'tightness of fit' of lid over time (NB-I've only hand washed the lids). Wanted more of the smallish ones and the box-of-12 from mfr was the best deal. One container damaged in shipping (thanks, UPS) but I contacted Bormioli Rocco, quick response, was given option of reship qty 1 or partial refund. Great service!
